The Vietnam National Startup Innovation Council (VNSIC) is an institutional organization operating under the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). VNSIC serves as the national focal point bridging policymakers, startups, corporations, venture capital funds, and academic institutes to advance the Vietnamese innovation ecosystem.
VNSIC welcomes all innovative startups, digital technology enterprises, venture capital funds, and incubation centers operating in Vietnam or internationally. Organizations can submit their membership application online through the Support portal or directly at the VNSIC Secretariat.
VNSIC acts as an institutional facilitator and strategic network sponsor rather than a commercial fund. We connect qualified startups directly with over 20+ domestic and international venture capital funds (VCs), angel investor networks, and state-backed innovation support programs.
Technology enterprises operating in AI, Fintech, Medtech, and GreenTech can submit proposals for controlled testing through VNSIC Policy Advisory Department. VNSIC works closely with ministries to evaluate legal eligibility and recommend sandbox pilot schemes under national decrees.
